Enrolment Information

WHEN YOU ENROL YOUR CHILD/ CHILDREN AT ROSCOMMON SCHOOL:

You will need to provide the following:

• Birth certificate or Passport (if born in NZ)

• Birth certificate and Passport (if born overseas)

• Proof of address (for zoning purposes)

• Immunisation certificate 

You will need to complete the following forms:

• Enrolment

• Internet Agreement

• Mana Kidz
